Dear Tad, Tim, Ty and Tony, I was in Arizona leading a photo tour when Howard contacted me about your mom's death. I'm so sorry that I wasn't home to be at the memorial service. There are so many memories from all of us playing on the farm from kick the can to calling people up to see if there refrigerator was running. Riding horses, swimming and just hanging out together made growing up in Ferguson Valley very special. Remember when I drove your family station wagon to the ER (I wasn't even 16 yet) to take one of the twins for stitches? And your mom was a big part of it. She was such a great friend to my parents throughout the years. Your mom made us laugh and gave me a real sense of what a strong and independent woman could do. I so admired her. We will all miss her very much and hopefully I'll be able to catch up with you all in person sometime in the future. Once again my heart goes out to all of you. But the memory of your mom, and the love that she shared with so many, will continue forever. Lots of love to you all.
