Condolence From: Mary Ann Biddle McDonald
Condolence: Dear Tad, Tim, Ty and Tony, I was in Arizona leading a photo tour when Howard contacted me about your mom's death. I'm so sorry that I wasn't home to be at the memorial service. There are so many memories from all of us playing on the farm from kick the can to calling people up to see if there refrigerator was running. Riding horses, swimming and just hanging out together made growing up in Ferguson Valley very special. Remember when I drove your family station wagon to the ER (I wasn't even 16 yet) to take one of the twins for stitches? And your mom was a big part of it. She was such a great friend to my parents throughout the years. Your mom made us laugh and gave me a real sense of what a strong and independent woman could do. I so admired her. We will all miss her very much and hopefully I'll be able to catch up with you all in person sometime in the future. Once again my heart goes out to all of you. But the memory of your mom, and the love that she shared with so many, will continue forever. Lots of love to you all.

Condolence: Dear Tad, Tim, Ty, Tony and family
Your mom was like a second mom to all the kids growing up out in Ferguson Valley. No matter what we did, she was always there to support us through our growing up. No matter what time of the day it was when we went into the house, she would be there to great us along with Mrs. Potts and Duke. I am so sorry, I will not be able to attend your mom's memorial service. You will all be in my prayers and I am sure, your mom will be smiling on Saturday with everyone who will attend. Her memories will live with me forever.

Condolence From: Pastor Howard D. Houtz
Condolence: Dear Brown family, Our deepest sympathies at the passing of Mrs. Brown/Parr. Though we only knew her briefly we certainly took note of her gracious spirit. We at Calvary Bible Church appreciate being located on a part of the "Brown farm." We were honored by her presence at the grand opening of our new facility back in 2005. Blessings and again, our condolences. Pastor Houtz (for CBC)

Condolence: Mrs. Brown was a gem. She created many lasting memories in our 2nd grade classroom. Feels like yesterday that she sat in that wooden rocking chair reading and sharing her laugh with us! As a PSU College of Education student, I had the opportunity to visit her classroom while home on breaks. She was a real inspiration for my career in education!
