Obituary for Mary I. Hart (Bryner)
Mary I. (Bryner) Hart, 69, of Newport, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Born on March 5, 1953 in Lewistown, Mifflin County, she is a daughter of the late William and Ethel (Henry) Bryner.
On July 13, 1984, she was married to her surviving husband, John M. Hart, with whom she was blessed to share over 38 years of marriage before her passing.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Kimberly S. Henry of Port Royal and Herman W. Armstrong III of Mifflintown; step children, Jodi L. Sweigart and her husband Charlie of Newville, Stacy A. Hockenberry and her companion Barry Kline of Loysville, Laura L. Hart of Richfield, and John Baum and his wife Jen of Port Royal; two siblings, Bill Bryner of Port Royal and Kathryn Felmee of Dry Run; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Wanda K. Wagner on June 20, 2021; and two brothers, John Bryner and David Bryner.
Mrs. Hart enjoyed attending go kart races at Seven Stars Speedway, crafts, and flowers.
All Services and Interment will be private.
There will be no public viewing or visitation.
