Norma E. Master, 79, of Thompsontown, passed away at 8:20 AM on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill.
Born on June 21, 1943 in Lewistown, Mifflin County, she is a daughter of the late Tucker and Helen Irene (Long) Kennedy.
On June 29, 1963, she was married to her late husband, Norman E. Master with whom she was blessed to share over 41 years of marriage before his passing on April 5, 2005.
She is survived by her children, Christine S. Kline and her husband Doug of Liverpool, Timothy E. Master and his wife Pam of McAlisterville, and Sharon L. Wehler and her husband Tim of Mifflintown; six grandchildren, Rachel Hayes and her husband Brent, Stephanie Diem and her husband Ben, Nicholas Kline and his wife Candice, Corinne Wehler, Kylie Wehler and her fiance Tyler Hostler, and Sky Kauffman; five great grandchildren, Landon, Lucillia, Logan, Lucas, Wylin; her longtime companion, Jack Smith of Thompsontown; and one sister, Shirley Bachman and her husband John of McAlisterville.
Mrs. Master was a 1962 graduate of East Juniata High School in Cocolamus; was a member of Bunkertown Brethren Church in McAlisterville; and recently had been attending St. Peter’s Community Church in Millerstown.
Norma enjoyed cooking, baking, and flowers.
All Services will be private with Pastor Terry Smith and the Rev. Brittin Stimeling officiating. Interment will take place at Goodwill Cemetery, Bunkertown.
