Ken E. Ehrenzeller, 70, of Mifflintown, passed away at 2:58 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born on January 1, 1952 in Milford Township, Juniata County, he was a son of the late William D. and Carrie M. (Farleman) Ehrenzeller. On December 17, 1986, he married his surviving wife, Jean (O’Donnell) Ehrenzeller, with whom he was blessed to share more than 35 years of marriage.
In addition to his wife; he is survived by; his children, Nathan Ehrenzeller and his fiancé McKala Dressler of Mifflintown and Carrie Wilford and her husband Justin of Harrisburg; siblings, Jess Ehrenzeller, Virginia Ehrenzeller, Fred Ehrenzeller, all of Mifflintown, and Charlotte Renninger of McAlisterville; his best buddy, Holden Crouse; one grandson, Julian and one grandson on the way; also many generations of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Arthur W. Ehrenzeller and Darwin E. Ehrenzeller
Mr. Ehrenzeller was a member of the St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church, Mifflintown and 1972 graduate of Juniata High School in Mifflintown.
He started his career in 1972 as a Mill Operator with Agway of Mifflin and retired in 2010 with 38 years of service. During his retirement, he delivered car parts for Carquest of Mifflintown.
Ken loved mowing grass and tinkering around his shop; however, spending time with his family was a joy that he cherished and he will long be remembered for holding a seat at the Stop 35 Coffee Club since its inception.
A closed casket visitation will be from 10 :00 a.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown, followed by his funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Richard Adams officiating. Interment will follow at St. Stephens Lutheran Cemetery, Licking Creek.
