Obituary for Nancy J. Feltman (Davis)



Nancy J. Feltman, 81, of McAlisterville, went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her loving family at 4:49 AM on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at her home.

Born on December 3, 1940, in Monroe Twp., Juniata County, she is a daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Arnold) Davis. On July 14, 1963, she married her late husband, Lawrence E. Feltman, with whom she shared more than 50 years of marriage before his passing on November 19, 2013.

She is survived by: three sons, Michael A. Feltman and his wife Pamela, of Thompsontown, Mark E. Feltman, of McAlisterville and his companion Joey Amey, of Thompsontown, Thomas C. Feltman and his wife Amy, of McAlisterville; seven grandchildren, Lauren Smith and her husband Andrew, Brody Feltman, Dylan Feltman, Tyler Feltman, Paris Feltman, Cypress Feltman, and Atlantis Feltman; eight great grandchildren, Rowan Smith, Andrew Smith, Wrett Smith, Haven Smith, Shea Smith, Rory Smith, Thatcher Smith, and Liam Smith; two brothers, Raymond Davis and William Davis and his wife Carol; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two siblings, Robert Davis and Sandra Graybill.

Mrs. Feltman was 1958 graduate of East Juniata High School in Cocolamus and was self employed as a Notary Public and Messenger.

Nancy was a member of the Brown’s United Methodist Church in McAlisterville where she was Head of the Kitchen Committee and was active in the Ladies Auxiliary, was a member of the Juniata County Republican Committee, and was a former President of the East Juniata Little Tigers Football Boosters.

She enjoyed cooking, entertaining family and friends, and attending her grandchildren’s activities.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 15, 2022 from the Brown’s United Methodist Church, 33762 Route 35 North, McAlisterville with Pastor Kevin Brophy officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery, McAlisterville.

A viewing will be held from 5 – 7 PM on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at the Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Feltman’s memory can be made to the Brown’s United Methodist Church, 33762 Route 35 North, McAlisterville, PA 17049.
