Obituary for Ralph W. Henderson
Ralph W. Henderson, 68, of Mifflintown, passed away at 3:01 PM, Monday, April 4, 2022 at the Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.
Born on July 1, 1953 in Lewistown, Mifflin County, he is a son of the late William and Ethel (Stutts) Henderson.
On August 20, 1983, he married his surviving wife, Susan E. (Esh) Henderson with whom he was blessed to share over 38 years of marriage before his passing.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by: two sons, Joseph W. Henderson and his fiancé Brianna Griffin of Carlisle and Mitchell B. Henderson and his fiancé Rachel Warner of York; sibling, John Coder of Mifflin and Sue Weber and her husband Mick of Belleville; and many friends at work and around home whom he considered family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Patrick Henderson.
Mr. Henderson was a 1972 graduate of Juniata High School in Mifflintown.
In earlier life, he was employed at Juniata Garment in Mifflin; after which, he went to work for and was currently employed at Brenner Tire and Auto in Mifflintown.
His hobbies include an ardent watcher of western movies, especially films with John Wayne; going to car shows; and feeding and tending to stray cats which always held a special place in his heart.
Ralph will be remembered for his ability to make friends any where he went and his outgoing personality.
All Services and Interment will be private.
