Obituary for Kenneth L. Cramer

Kenneth L. Cramer, 66, of Millerstown (Seven Stars), passed away at 10:05 AM on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the Bridge of Brookline, Mifflintown.

Born on November 17, 1952 in Thompsontown, Juniata Co., he is a son of the late Loy A. and Irene (Lindsey) Cramer.

On December 20, 1986, he married his surviving wife, Elaine A. (Varner) Cramer, with whom he was blessed to share over 32 years of marriage.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Brittany J. Cramer of Bensalem; his son, Tyler J. Cramer and his wife Amanda of Duncannon; a brother, Donald W. Cramer and his wife Catherine of Millerstown; his grandson, Jacob M. Cramer; and eleven nieces and nephews.

Mr. Cramer was a 1970 graduate of Greenwood High School in Millerstown and was a 1972 graduate of Williamsport Area Community College where he obtained an Associates Degree in Architecture. He was self- employed as the Owner/Operator of Ken Cramer Excavation and was a Partner in Journey Builders LLC.

Ken was a member of the Turkey Valley United Methodist Church where he was a 20 + year Youth Leader and had also attended Niemonds Independent Church. Hobbies included woodworking, camping and going to auctions. Most importantly, he cherished the time spent with his family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Turkey Valley United Methodist Church, 13606 Route 235, Millerstown with Pastor Wyatt Taylor officiating. Interment will be Private.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mr. Cramer’s memory can be made to the Turkey Valley United Methodist Church, Attention: Youth Group. 13606 Route 235, Millerstown, PA 17062
