Michael P. Swartz, 69, of McAlisterville, passed away, Sunday, December 17, 2017 at his home.
Born on October 18, 1948, he was a son of the late Lewis A. and Mary F. (Hoopes) Swartz.
Mr. Swartz was the last of his generation, having been preceded in death by a brother, Charles E. Swartz and a sister, Mary L. Swartz.
He was employed and retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2017 from the St. Jude’s Catholic Church, Mifflintown with Rev. Fr. William Weary officiating. Interment will follow at Richfield Union Cemetery.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
