Obituary for Reba E. Frymoyer

Reba E. Frymoyer, 89, of Thompsontown went to be with the Lord at 3:05 a.m., on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Bridges at Brookline, Mifflintown.
Born on March 13, 1928 in Fayette Twp., Juniata County, she was a daughter of the late Herman D. and Martha L. (Hood) Fronk. Her husband, Gerald S. Frymoyer, preceded her in death on October 8, 2005.
Surviving are her children, Terry L. Frymoyer and his companion Dawn Woods, of Arminto, WY, Cindy R. McMahon and her husband Ron, Marlin R. Frymoyer and his wife Sandy, all of Mifflintown, Judy A. Kauffman and her husband Clyde, of McAlisterville; one brother, Lawrence Fronk and his wife Marjorie, of McAlisterville; five grandchildren, Michelle Scamporino, Marcy Imes, Derrick McDonald, Shelbee Clouser, Ross Frymoyer; and five great grandchildren, Gunner Detra, Truitt Detra, Makenzie McDonald, Madison McDonald, Victory Frantz.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Delmar Fronk, William Fronk, Dale Fronk, Roy Fronk; a sister, Gloria Shellenberger and one grandson Logan McDonald.
Mrs. Frymoyer was a 1946 graduate of Fayette High School and a member of the Thompsontown United Methodist Church.
Reba was a homemaker, who in earlier life was employed at Goodling’s Frozen Custard, Thompsontown.
Some of Reba’s pastimes included, traveling, reading and doing puzzles. She loved her Lord and cherished the time that she spent with her family, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 111 Westfall St., McAlisterville with the Rev. Barbara Yorks officiating. Interment will be in the Union Memorial Gardens, Mifflintown.
Viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service, Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Frymoyer’s memory to the Thompsontown United Methodist Church, c/o Anise Page, 9 Sycamore Drive, Thompsontown PA 17094.
