Harry J. “Tusser” Becker, III, 64, of Mifflintown, passed away at 3:25 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2017, at the Gardens of West Shore, Camp Hill.
Born on May 29, 1952 in Lewistown, Mifflin County he was a son of the late Harry J. and Alma O. (Sheerer) Becker, Jr.
Surviving are: his wife, Susan K. (Weyandt) Becker, a son, Steven C. Becker and his wife Missy, a brother, L. Robert Becker and his wife Kim, all of Mifflintown, a brother-in-law, Charles D. Leiter, of Port Royal, 2 nephews, Charles T. Leiter, R.J. Becker, a niece, Mariah Becker and he leaves behind 2 grandchildren Landry and Mallie.
A sister, Pamela E. Leiter, a nephew, Brent A. Leiter and a niece, Alicia N. Leiter preceded him in death.
He was a 1970 graduate of Juniata High School, Mifflintown and a 1974 graduate of Penn State University.
At one time he was a very active member of the Centre Lutheran Church.
“Tusser” was an ardent Juniata, Penn State football and wrestling fan, also he enjoyed the time he spent with his grand puppy Jax.
All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown.
